Secure patient communication occurs only through the designated patient portal (TherapyNotes) after services are established.
Fax communications are managed through secure systems (Spruce Health).

All new inquiries undergo a screening process to determine appropriateness of services.
Submission of an inquiry does not guarantee evaluation, scheduling, or acceptance as a patient.
The practice reserves the right to decline services if a request falls outside the scope of practice.

Insurance participation and financial policies described on this website are provided for general informational purposes and may change.
Verification of benefits and financial responsibility occurs individually prior to scheduling.
For self-pay services, Good Faith Estimates are provided as required by federal law.
