We welcome referrals from physicians and other qualified healthcare professionals seeking specialized, evidence-based neuropsychological assessment grounded in precision, compassion, and clinical resilience for adults and older adolescents.

Our practice focuses on complex clinical presentations, including neurodevelopmental, neurodegenerative, and medically complicated conditions, with an emphasis on careful differential diagnosis and clinically actionable conclusions.

We primarily evaluate adults aged 18 and older. Referrals for adolescents aged 16–17 are considered on a case-by-case basis when clinically appropriate.

The evaluation is scheduled with the patient for in person appointments. Telehealth appointments are available as needed and appropriate.


Comprehensive testing is completed, followed by a detailed written report.

Neuropsychological evaluation is most effective when guided by a clearly articulated clinical question and relevant medical context. This practice specializes in precise, evidence-based assessment of:

  • Neurodevelopmental conditions (e.g., ADHD, autism spectrum conditions in adults)

  • Neurodegenerative disorders (e.g., Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis)

  • Cognitive changes associated with complex medical conditions (e.g., autoimmune, cardiovascular, oncologic, or systemic illness)

  • Acquired brain injury when relevant medical documentation is available

  • Diagnostic clarification, prognosis, and treatment planning within a healthcare context

When referring, please include:

  • Specific referral questions or diagnostic concerns

  • Pertinent medical, neurological, psychiatric, developmental, and educational history

  • Documentation of psychiatric or substance-use stability when relevant

This practice provides evaluations solely for healthcare treatment purposes, with recommendations intended to support medical decision-making, functional planning, and patient resilience. At present, we do not conduct forensic evaluations, disability determinations, workers’ compensation evaluations, or litigation-related assessments. We do not provide psychotherapy, medication management, or emergency services.
